Application and Prospect of Simulation Technology in Hydraulic System

Abstract: In this paper the application of simulation in hydraulic system
include dynamic simulation of hydraulic system, simulation of hydraulic driven
machinery, flow simulation of hydraulic components and visual simulation of
hydraulic system was being analysed and introduced. The realized method and
software was being introduced. In the end of this paper, the development
prospect of simulation technology in hydraulic system was explained.

Survey on Key CAD Techniques of Hydraulic Manifold

Abstract: This paper expounds the background, application advantages and
research status of CAD development for Manifold, summarizes some key techniques
of CAD system. The key techniques consists of getting assembly and connection
information from hydraulic power circuit, checking hole interference, path
connection, optimization of routing design, et al. The current deficits and the
future research trends are discussed and analyzed based on the survey.

要:杆密封件高温高压试验台具有低功率、高效率、结构简单、自动化程度高等特点,主要由计算机测试系统、电气控制系统、液压与气动系统、模拟加载试验台架组成。通过模拟加载试验台架模拟杆密封件的往复运动,采用工控机、PLC、传感器进行杆密封件性能试验数据的采集与存储,为检验杆密封件性能的优良和研制提供保障。

Design of High Temperature and High Pressure Test Device for Rod Seal

Abstract: High temperature and high pressure test device for rod seal has the
advantages of low power, high efficiency, simple structure, the high degree of
automation, which is consisted of computer test system, electrical control
system, hydraulic and pneumatic systems as well as load simulation test bench.
By simulation load test bench simulate rod seal reciprocating and sealing
performance test data are acquired and stored by IPC, PLC, sensor. The device
can provide an excellent test conditions for rod seals.

要:管片拼装质量的好坏直接影响到整个隧道工程的速度与质量,为更好研究管片拼装机各液压系统的控制特性,提出一种盾构管片拼装模拟装置,并对其液压系统进行设计和性能仿真分析,结果表明所设计液压系统能够满足管片动作模拟需求,能够为后期实验装置的优化与制造提供参考。

Design and Study on the Hydraulic System of a Shield Segment Assembling

Abstract: The quality of segment assembly is important to tunneling engineering.
To get better study on the control characteristic of segment assembling
hydraulic system,a shield segment assembling simulator was presented. The
hydraulic system of simulator was designed and performance simulation of
performance was did in this paper. The results show that the hydraulic system
can meet the motion simulation requirements of segment,which can provide
reference for the optimizing and manufacture of experimental platform.

要:气举排水采气教学实验装置是针对石油类培训单位研制的一套实验设备,实现了流体运行可视化,气举效果对比化,真实地再现了采气井下、地上的工艺原理和动作过程。并可根据需要进行地面倒阀门、读取并分析测试数据,按数据进行气井井况分析、井底压力计算、油嘴优选等实验,培养学员分析问题和解决问题的能力。试验表明,该装置系统原理表述准确,可操作性强,能进行多个气举采气实验科目的训练。

Development of Experimental Unit for Gas Lift Drainage Gas Recovery

Abstract: Experimental unit about gas lift drainage gas recovery is a set of
laboratory equipment for training units of petroleum, and it has achieved some
performance, such as virtual running of fluid, compared effect of gas lift, and
so on. It appeared the whole theory and the running course in reality again.
What's more, a lot of operation could be done in need in order to train
students' ability of analysis and solving, for instance, inverted valves on the
ground, reading and analyzing data, well condition analysis, bottom hole
pressure calculation, nozzle selection, etc. Tests shows that the unit can
appear process accurately, and do everything about gas lift, do many training
items about gas lift drainage gas recovery.

要:采用国标弯头建立符合实际情况的Z形弯管模型,运用CFD软件的CFX模块对Z形弯管的流场进行模拟,通过CFX后处理得到压力云图、速度矢量图、速度流线图以及速度和压力等值面图,由此定性分析了液流在流经Z形弯管时产生能耗的原因,并根据模拟结果提出了Z形弯管在几何结构上的优化措施,实现了降低能耗和节省成本的目的。

Flow Field Simulation Analysis and Structural Optimization of
Z-shaped Bend Pipe Based on CFD

Abstract: Using International Standard elbow establishes a realistic model of
the Z-shaped bend pipe, and CFX module applying CFD software simulate the flow
field of Z-shaped bend. Through CFX and processed, the figure of pressure
contour, velocity vector, velocity particle path lines, ISO-surfaces of velocity
and pressure are obtained, thus reasons for the energy generated when the liquid
flows the Z-shaped bend pipe are qualitatively analysed. According to simulation
results, improvement measures on the geometric structure of the Z-shaped bend
pipe are put forward, which achieves the goal for reducing energy consumption
and saving costs.

要:设计了一台在温箱内使用的全性能温度补偿加载机构,考虑到温度交变以及湿度变化的特殊环境,该机构采用了全气动驱动来实现纵向及横向的精确位置加载。机构的纵向和横向由两级气缸和无杆气缸驱动,通过反复测试,设计和优化了气动回路,并根据实际动作要求制定了严谨的电磁阀控制逻辑关系,实现了在温箱内部的安全可靠应用,也为多级气缸及无杆气缸的应用总结了经验。

要:该文介绍了一种应用直驱方式实现斗轮机斗轮驱动的液压控制系统,给出了系统的组成原理及其与常规节流控制、阀控与直驱之间的差异。建立了斗轮机斗轮直驱式液压系统的仿真模型并进行了相应的简化,最终得到了系统的传递函数。应用Matlab
Simlink工具进行了系统的仿真,对系统的稳定性和快速性进行了分析。结合传递函数的结构和仿真的结果给出了各参数对系统的影响。通过实验验证,具有一定的实用价值。

Seal Design and Application of Micro-reactor for

要:针对石油加工、油品精制、催化剂评价等科研实验研究的需要,选择316优质不锈钢作为微型反应器的材质,选用石墨密封,以适应高温高压以及耐腐蚀的实验环境。采用反扣施力挡圈和施力螺母共同作用使石墨垫片在被挤压的过程中只承受挤压力(即筒体只做直线挤压,不旋转挤压),避免了垫片磨损,延长了垫片的使用寿命。

要:针对传统异步电机驱动恒压变量泵动力系统在实际应用中存在结构复杂、抗油液污染能力差、原动机功率因数和效率低等缺陷,利用永磁同步电机节能、调速性能好与齿轮油泵可靠性高的技术特点相结合,并引入压力负反馈控制,设计了一种新型恒压动力系统。试验及仿真结果表明:伺服驱动定量泵恒压动力系统能够自动适应负载流量变化保持压力恒定,能够实现以目标设定压力保压和空载、轻载时的大流量输出。

Constant Pressure Variable Flow Control System with Permanent

Abstract: In practice due to the existed defects of traditional asynchronous
motor(ASM) to drive the constant pressure variable pump power system with
complicated structure, poor ability to resist pollution, low motor power factor,
low efficiency. According to the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)
energy-saving, good reliability at speed control with the good reliability of
gear pump and introduces the pressure negative feedback control, combine those
strategies each other a new type of constant pressure power system is developed.
Results of the experiment and simulation show that PMSM driven gear pump
constant pressure power system can achieved load flow adaptive control and
maintain the system pressure constant, and large flow output under the empty
load and light-load.

要:为了避免抽油杆断杆事故,减轻抽油杆柱的振动,研制了抽油杆减振器。该减振器包括储能器、机壳和密封装置3部分,其中储能器是其核心部件,它能吸收来自抽油杆柱的振荡波峰能量,使抽油杆受力及抽油机运行平稳,电机电流波动较小,具有节能、减振、保护电机和抽油泵等功能。现场应用表明,该减振器性能优良,使用方便,从根本上改善了抽油杆柱的受力,保护了抽油杆柱和抽油泵,减少了作业频次。

Development of the ZJZ Type Rod String Absorber

Abstract: In order to avoid rod fracture and alleviate rod string vibration, a
rod string absorber was developed. It was made up of an accumulator, a shell and
a sealing unit. The accumulator was the core, it could absorb the vibrating
energy from the rod string, and made the stress of the rod string stable, the
motion of the motor steady, and the current fluctuation of the motor smaller.
The absorber had following performance: saving energy, shock-absorbing,
protection of the rod string and the motor. The application in oilfield proves
that the absorber is well in performance, convenient in use, and it improves the
stress of the rod string radically, protects the rod string and the pump from
breakdown, and reduces the frequency of workover service.

Abstract: The oil would come out from the air filter of the leveller movable
cassette gear box when the oil lubrication system of the leveller movable
cassette gear box of Shougang Jingtang 400,000 tons crosscutting production line
ran. The problem of the leveller oil lubrication system was analyzed, and the
optimized design resolution was provided and finished. The problem of the oil
lubrication system was thoroughly solved.

要:空载流量特性曲线可以表征电液伺服阀的多项重要静态特性指标,但是又无法直接从实验测得的流量数据中得到曲线。因此,必须对所测流量数据进行数据处理。为了方便有效地得到空载流量特性曲线,所以结合数值分析原理提供了几种数值计算方法,分别为通过三次样条插值计算名义流量曲线,通过最小二乘法确定名义流量增益线,以及通过移动平均法平滑处理曲线。最后,将这几种方法与MTLAB结合可以有效快速处理和分析空载流量特性曲线。

Numerical Analysis of Experimental Data to Fit Loadless Flow
Characteristic Curve for Electro-hydraulic Servo Valve

Abstract: The no-load flow characteristic curve could be characterized several
important static characteristic indicators of electro-hydraulic servo valve.
However, the curve couldn't achieve directly from the measured data of
experiments. Therefore, the data of no-load flow characteristic curve must be
computed. In order to obtain the curve facilitate and effective, we presented
three methods of numerical calculation which were came from numerical analysis
theory. The three methods were such as cubic spline interpolation, least squares
method and moving average. Finally, these methods could be combined with MATLAB,
then the curve could be handing and analyzing rapidly and effectively.

Abstract: Seal for the reliability of the super high pressure hydraulic
technology plays an important role. This paper analyzes the principle of super
high pressure sealing and particularity, the introduction of the super high
pressure seal material selection and the principle of hydraulic pump, hydraulic
cylinder, pipe system is mainly introduced and various joint orifice valve
technology of several typical sealing structure, seal form, material and
pressure range. For the super high pressure hydraulic equipment provides the
reference for the design and selection of sealing and reference.

要:设计了一款气压驱动式的定长裁剪装置,该装置动力采用气压驱动,执行元件为机械手,控制元件为PLC程序模块。文中主要介绍了裁剪装置的整机平面结构、机械手完成的运动周期以及气压回路设计与气缸驱动功能实现过程,最后基于PLC梯形图程序完成对机械手的多自由度动作顺序控制。

要:装卸料机B杆是靠液压马达驱动,可以以3种速度、5种力量运动,在整个换料期间起着至关重要的作用。在运行期间,会出现B杆速度或力量不满足使用要求的报警,额外增加了系统的不稳定性,也给装卸料机的运行带来了不稳定因素。参考B杆液压驱动回路,结合液压系统故障分析方法,找出引起B杆速度和力量故障的原因及解决方法,有效减少了运行中故障报警。

Abstract: B ram is driven by hydraulic motor, with three speed and five forces,
plays an important role in the whole refueling process. During the operation, B
ram speed or force does not meet the requirements and appear alarm. Increase
additional system instability, bring instability factors. Refer to B ram
hydraulic drive circuit and the combination of hydraulic system fault analysis
method, find out the cause of B ran speed and force failures and solutions, and
give effectively reduce the running fault alarm.
