在高温(150℃)、高压(0.45~0.55MPa)、无氰解吸药剂的条件下解吸,解吸率高(98%~99.8%)。93%以上的我厂用户贫炭品位在50克/吨以下。

1、设备开车前检查
(1)检查各传动部分是否存在问题。
(2)检查各部位管道有无问题,阀门是否处于要求状态下。
(3)检查电解槽正负极板接触是否良好,检查整流器是否正常。
(4)定期检查贮液槽内的杂物。
(5)检查过滤器工作是否正常,并定期清理杂物。
(6)检查螺旋筛网是否完好。
(7)检查电解槽电是否合乎要求。
2、设备运行中检查内容
(1)检查各部管路阀门有无跑、冒、滴、漏现象,如有及时回收。
(2)检查解吸柱压力是否符合要求。
(3)检查解吸液、电解液温度是否符合要求。
(4)检查各部有无漏炭现象,应及时处理并回收。
(5)检查解吸液流量是否符合要求并进行调整(100公斤/分&15公斤)。
(6)电解时应经常检查电解槽是否有极间断路、短路或热接触现象。
(7)各传动部分是否存在问题有无异常声响。
(8)检查电解槽电压、电流是否合乎要求。
3、设备操作
(1)装入解吸柱的载金炭必须洗净矿泥。
(2)配制解吸液:把47公斤NaCN和23.5公斤NaOH加入到空的贮液槽中加水至槽沿下100mm,开泵自特环20分钟,然后进行解吸,日常少量稀释时,槽深每100mm加NaCN3.35公斤,NaOH1.67公斤。
(3)装电解槽阴极钢毛时,钢毛要铺的均匀,钢毛和电源充分接触,无钢毛外露现象。
(4)严格控制解吸液温度95℃--105℃,控制解吸液流量在规定范围内。
(5)调整电解槽的电流、电压在规定范围内,发现电流电压过高、过低时,分析查找原因处理。
(6)熟练掌握各阀门的作用和开停顺序。
(7)严禁设备、管路、阀门、贮液槽跑、冒、滴、漏现象发生,并及时对跑冒的含金液体进行回收。
(8)解吸、电解结束时,停止电加热器,电解槽、循环泵,将解吸柱、电解槽内液体放空。
(9)配制酸洗液的稀盐酸浓度要符合要求,酸洗时间达到要求。
4、注意事项
(1)注意不要使热的解吸液溅到皮肤上,特别是眼睛上。
(2)解吸电解开车时,做好通风工作,防止氰化物中毒。
(3)防止盐酸溅到皮肤上。
(4)注意超温、超压现象发生。
