读经一(纳敖米同摩阿布女子卢尔德来到了白冷。)
卢尔德传 1:1,3-6,14-16,22
当民长执政时,国内发生了饥荒。有一个人名叫厄里默肋客,带着妻子纳敖米和两个儿子玛赫隆和基肋雍,从犹大的白冷到摩阿布乡间去居住。后来厄里默肋客死了,留下妻子和两个儿子。这两个儿子都娶了摩阿布女子为妻:一个名叫敖尔帕,一个叫卢尔德。他们在那里大约住了十年,玛赫隆和基肋雍二人也相继去世了,只剩下了那妇人,没有儿子,也没有丈夫。于是她便和两个儿媳打算从摩阿布乡间起程回家,因为她在摩阿布乡间听说天主垂顾了他的百姓,赐给了他们食粮。
她们于是放声大哭。敖尔帕吻了婆婆,便回自己的家乡去了;卢尔德对婆母仍依依不舍。敖纳米向她说:「看,你的嫂子已回她民族和她的神那里去了,你也跟你的嫂子回去罢!」卢尔德答说:「请你别逼我离开你,而不跟你去。你到那里去,我也到那里去;你住在那里,我也住在那里;你的民族,就是我的民族;你的天主,就是我的天主。」
纳敖米同她的儿媳摩阿布女子卢尔德回来了,是从摩阿布乡间回来的。她们来到白冷,正是开始收大麦的时候。

卢尔德传述说以民家族纳敖米与其媳妇卢尔德的故事。因为饥荒,纳敖米跟着丈夫厄里默肋客从犹大到摩阿布,居住在外邦人中,她的两个儿子也娶当地摩阿布女子为妻。不幸地十年间家中三个男人相继去世,纳敖米和媳妇的生活落入悲苦中。
明智的纳敖米愿意让二个儿媳自由地离去,敖尔帕决定回家,卢尔德却执意与婆婆同住,强烈地认同夫家以色列民族和唯一神的信仰。她们终于回到犹大白冷老家,那时期正在收割大麦。外邦女子卢尔德对唯一神和人的忠信,与以民对上主的不信,形成对比。

你应全心,全灵,全意,爱上主你的天主。
你应当爱近人如你自己。
法利塞人听说耶稣使撒杜塞人闭口无言,就聚在一起;他们中有一个法学士试探他,发问说:「师傅,法律中那条诫命是最大的?」耶稣对他说:「『你应全心,全灵,全意,爱上主你的天主。』这是最大也是第一条诫命。第二条与此相似:你应当爱近人如你自己。全部法律和先知,都系于这两条诫命。」
法利塞人的问话只是要显露自己的才学,显示自己比撒杜塞人优秀;犹太人把梅瑟的法律详加分析,分为六百三十一条,甚至还为各诫命分别轻、重、大、小等级,但是却没有这些分别的标准,他们常为此争论不休。当他们见耶稣讲解经义这么好,就提出这个麻烦的问题,看耶稣如何主张。
第一条诫命「你们应当全心…」引自申六5,是以民应该每日两次诵念的经文,这是包含他们信仰和宗教生活的基础;接着,耶稣附带说了第二条诫命,也说明与第一条相似,因为由人如何爱人,会知道人如何爱主。第一条诫命的对象,是唯一的天主,第二条诫命的对象,是天下所有的人,爱天主要以整个心灵去爱,并超越对自己的爱;爱世人要如同爱自己,凡人愿意给自己所做的事,也应给人做。由于人是天主的肖像,所以,要用爱天主的爱去爱人,因此,这两条诫命是相似的。
「全部法律和先知」指旧约中一切的教义与教规。旧约的中心思想就是要全心全意的爱天主,有此可见,耶稣来不是为废除法律和先知,而是为成全,使人更明了法律与先知的真谛在于一个「爱」字,因此,旧约是过「爱的法律」的生活,新约是过「爱」的生活。
「全心、全灵、全意的爱天主」这句话对我有何意义?
我爱天主创造的我吗?「爱人如己」很困难吗?为什么?
耶稣说最大又是第一条诫命是“全心,全灵,全意,爱上主你的天主”,试问问自己,我能完全地爱天主吗?求耶稣帮补我的不足!
耶稣说,爱天主与爱人如己相似,究竟两者之间有什幺相似?在别人的生命中看到天主,正是基督徒迈向圆满的第一步。
为此时此刻的你来说,你的近人是谁呢?你会从周边的人开始想起,还是从生命中与自己关系最亲密的人物出发;关怀“近人”,也应包括自己的家人和团体的弟兄姊妹,并由他们开始!
爱天主不单是嘴上说说爱就是爱主了,耶稣今天讲要全心、全灵、全意爱天主。生活中我是怎么爱主的呢?
我的理智、思想是不是很渴望爱天主?我的情感是不是有爱主的感受?我做事时有没有爱天主的意向?
我是不是认为只要祈祷了,就是爱天主了?是不是以为只要参与弥撒就是爱主了?
是不是我只要福传为主的事业做工就是爱主了?我在做时有爱主的意识吗?
我愿为爱主而心甘情愿的接纳在做事时所受的挫折和困苦吗?
我爱天主吗?发生在生命中我爱主的明显事件有哪些?在爱主事件中我有功利之心吗?我会爱自己吗?随心所欲想做什么就做什么是爱自己的表现吗?
试默想∶法学士听了耶稣的答案,他会有什么回应呢?
&但更重要的不在思辨的陈述,而在具体的行动,你怎样“全心,全灵,全意,爱上主你的天主。”又怎样“爱近人如你自己。”
&你对今天纪念的圣类思有多了解呢?他是青年主保,不在于他英年早逝,而在于他给青年人立的榜样,而今天的福音正是他言行的写照。

The steel pipe data chart below can be used to find pipe sizes, diameters, wall thickness, working pressures and more The chart is based on ASME/ANSI B 36.10 Welded and Seamless Wrought Steel Pipe and ASME/ANSI B36.19 Stainless Steel Pipe. Regardless of , pipes of a particular size all have the same outside diameter (not withstanding manufacturing tolerances). As the schedule number increases, the wall thickness increases, and the actual bore is reduced. For example:
A 4 inches (100 mm) Schedule 40 pipe has an outside diameter of 4.500 inches (114.30 mm), a wall thickness of 0.237 inches (6.02 mm), giving a bore of 4.026 inches (102.26 mm) A 4 inches (100 mm) Schedule 80 pipe has an outside diameter of 4.500 inches ( 114.30 mm), a wall thickness of 0.337 inches (8.56 mm), giving a bore of 3.826 inches (97.18 mm)

STD, XS and XXS To distinguish different weights of pipe, three long standing traditional designations are used:
standard wall - STD extra strong wall - XS double extra strong wall - XXS
The last two designations are sometimes referred to as extra heavy wall (XH), and double extra heavy wall (XXH).
