收到HKU香港大学邮件，附件标题是conditional offer，但是对内容有疑问
大家好，恳求大家帮忙看看这算是录取吗？
前两天发邮件问申请处理到什么阶段了，今天收到HKU香港大学回复邮件，里面有个附件标题是conditional offer。打开一看内容，感觉不知道是不是基本录取了: M$ p/ V# M7 c
We are very pleased to see your application for admission to the MSc(Eng) Programme in Mechanical Engineering. The processing of applications takes some time as they have to go through the Department of Mechanical Engineering, the Faculty of Engineering and other administrative departments of the University.! Q9 X; \! N5 Z0 k
For your particular case, I am pleased to inform you that the Department has decided to recommend to the Faculty your admission to the MSc(Eng) Programme in Mechanical Engineering." r* M" l4 R) E! [( b" M4 u
Official admission will be offered by the Faculty of Engineering once the documents related to your application have been vetted and all details have been checked. 请问这样算是possible 录取吗？真心纠结呀~谢谢各位啦~
恭喜LZ，这个意思是应该有录取一想，但要等最终的官方录取信了，一般最后的官方录取信也会写着conditional offer，只有当你提交了大学毕业证书和学位证书后才会转成正式offer，不过这些都是开学注册的时候做的，也就是说有了大学毕业证书和学位证书，加上申请了的学生签证，conditional offer=正式offer
