Who answers all the questions asked here you really wanted to know because some answers are so silly as well as funny too?
Various contributors answer questions on this site. Not all are very knowledgeable and they usually give the silly and funny answers. Sometimes the questions are very silly, too and are very hard to answer with a strait face. Help out if you know answers as it will help us to try to answer them all.

You began modeling at age 14! How did that impact your childhood and make you the woman you are today?
Because individuals have to go answer them and we have to find them to answer them, not to mention we have to actually know the answer in order to answer it, otherwise we can &only skip it and leave it for someone that does know the answer.

Everyone! Anyone can share their knowledge or ask questions on WikiAnswers. That's what makes it a WIKI. If you know the answer to an unanswered question, you can share it. If& you see an answer that you can expand on, you can edit it. If you see an answer that's just flat-out incorrect, you can update it. We encourage users to research answers thoroughly and to share links (see the menu on the left "Add related links") so others can verify the sources. More takes from WikiAnswers contributors: It could be anyone at all, even your next door neighbor. WikiAnswers is a collaborative effort. There are many people working out the answers here at the site. Your question was answered by a WikiSupervisor who happened to see it.
Join the effort! Cruise a category that interests you and find a question you know something about. Everyone is an expert on something... find your category.Users do. That is the beauty of this site. We ask our own questions and answer those of each other. It is a fairly easy way to share information. Now, since this is composed of user-generated content, you can't be sure that every single answer is true. This site is not a substitute for research, but it is a good and helpful place to start. The community of everyday people like you and me here on WikiAnswers answers the questions. You will need to sign up if you want to answer questions yourself. Any contributor can come to WikiAnswers and browse questions. If they know the answer, they can answer it. Some people research their answers, just like me. I sometimes know the answer too. And there are people that work in the field, have hobbies and life experiences and read a lot. Everyone has something useful to contribute. WikiAnswers is a site where you and anyone who's willing to help out can join efforts and write answers to the questions. If the person who answered a question is a registered user, you'll be able to see who answered (and award them a trust point -- if they have earned it, of course). Other people who want to be helpful, like me. Anyone can answer or improve any question on WikiAnswers. Anybody! You can contribute any knowledge you have to help answer other people's questions. Are you a mechanic who likes music and studying European history? Are you a pet owner looking to start your own business? Different people answer different questions. I try to answer as many questions as I can in the time I spend on WikiAnswers. Anyone who visits can ask questions, and also can answer questions. We are ordinary people from many most of the regulars have become addicted to the site because it is so much fun to find questions to answer, and to interact with others who come to visit. We are not paid, and we are not recruited. There may be some people connected with support or site development who get compe I don't really know for sure. We were talking about a possible con I think that idea is on the back burner at this point. Lots of people answer the questions on WikiAnswers. That's what a "wiki" is all about. Answers are collaboratively written by volunteers in the spirit of growing information for the public good. All users are invited to answer questions or improve existing answers. So since humans answer the questions, that means you can answer them too. All of the answers come from people like you and everyone else. anyone can answer!! as long as you know the answer you can answer a question! you dont need an account to ask and answer questions, even i dont have an account! but you do need an account to comment on the discussion page of a question and answer. and to edit an answer, i think. so if you see a question that needs an answer, and you know the answer, click the orange button that says "answer it!"Questions posted to WikiAnswers are answered by anyone from anywhere in the world who can use an Internet connection to this site.
All answers on WikiAnswers are given by voluntary contributors.
Nobody has to answer anything unless they want to give up their own free time to do so. They always make a personal choice to give an answer and then what to say.
When they answer a question, they usually try to give as much information as they think is relevant to the actual question asked.
You will have a much better chance of getting an early answer to your question if you place it into the right Category! Unless you do that, your question may not be answered for a long time because it won't be seen by contributors who know about the subject of the question.
If it was placed into the wrong Category your question would have to wait until a Supervisor finds it and moves it to an appropriate Category where it will be seen by the someone who may wish to contribute an answer.
Why do any contributors write answers here anyway? The main reason is that they are really interested in the topics of the questions and feel they have some relevant knowledge and experience which they wish to share with other people.
Users who sign up to the site and know the answer to your question are those who post responses to the questions. Also, Supervisors and Staff answer questions.

While you can never know for sure what an interviewer is going to ask, you can familiarize yourself with some of the more common interview questions and how best to answer them. Chances are good you will come across at least one of these questions in your next interview. Many interviews start out with this question. Use it as a way to give a brief summary of your professional life in the present. Describe what you do, including concrete examples of your accomplishments. For example, if you are in sales, describe your last (or current) job and tell the interviewer how many sales you made in the past year. A common mistake made by people caught off guard by this question is to talk about their personal lives. While it may not harm you to mention a personal fact or two ("I moved to town last year"), the bulk of this question should focus on your professional life. Be
do not spend more than a minute answering this question.Like the previous question, when an interviewer asks why you are interested in a position you should not answer with personal details. Instead, use the opportunity to prove that your professional skills match up with what the position requires. When preparing for the interview, make a note of what skills the job listing mentions. When asked this question, explain that the position attracted you because the desired skills match up with your experience. Go on to mention an experience in a previous job that backs up your ability to meet each need. When asked about your strengths, use it as a way to prove that you can meet the company's needs. This is a situation where having exact knowledge of the position will help tremendously. Think about what strengths correspond with the position you will be filling. For example, if you are interviewing for a job as a bookkeeper, you should list organization and attention to detail as your strengths. It is also helpful to mention experiences in past jobs where you displayed use of these strengths.Answering a question about your weaknesses is more difficult than explaining your strengths. You want to sell yourself as a worthwhile employee, but listing negatives can work against this goal. One way to counter this is to list weaknesses that were relevant in the past, but that you have worked on recently and no longer have. If you take this approach, be sure that you can describe the steps you took to correct the weakness. You may also wish to list a weakness that is not applicable to the job you are applying for. If you are interviewing for a retail job that has you facing the public all the time, you could mention that you are not good at working alone. Finally, you could list a weakness that could be viewed as a positive ("I get so worried about getting my presentations right that I can't leave the office until they are done.") However you choose to answer this question, be sure you do not admit to any weaknesses that are crucial to completing the job you are interviewing for.Your answer to this question will depend on the type of job you are applying to. If you are interviewing for a job that has a clear career path, research it beforehand. If asked this question, explain how far up the ladder you would like to reach in five years. Be careful not to minimize the job you are currently applying for. The interviewer will want to see that you value the position you will begin at and that you do not view it as simply a stepping stone. Not all jobs have clear career paths. For example, if you are going to be a teacher, you will expect to be in the same position in five years. In this case, express that you see yourself with improved skills, making you the best teacher you could possibly be.After answering some very tough questions, you may want the interview to be over as quickly as possible. However, take advantage of the opportunity to ask questions to help yourself stay in the mind of the interviewer. A great question to ask is "what traits would be most helpful in carrying out this position?" This question gives you a chance to respond by explaining how you possess those traits. You may also want to ask the interviewer whether he or she likes working for the company. This question can help you build rapport with the interviewer, further ingraining you in their mind.Having an idea of how to answer a common question asked during interview meetings will help make the experience much more positive. Going in prepared allows you to come up with answers beforehand. You will not have to waste time thinking and will come off as confident and well prepared. Go into the interview with answers in mind and you may come out with the job of your dreams.Take time to practice your answers at home before the interview. Practice saying them out loud while facing a mirror. This allows you to work on facial expressions and hand gestures. If you can find someone to help you, go through a mock interview with him or her and ask for feedback.
Preparing for a job interview should be easy since the questions asked at interviews typically stay the same. Yet not many interviewees every bother to think about these quest&ions beforehand. Neglecting to go over some of the questions you are almost certain to be asked is like not studying before the final exam. You will be unprepared and likely to fail.Although not technically a question, this is almost universal in interviews. An interviewer will ask you about yourself to break the ice and get you talking. Don't over share about your personal life however. Try to discuss your academic career and interests as they relate to the job interview.Or if you're still currently employed why you are looking for a new job. An employer wants to know they are hiring a reliable employee and not one who has a history of being fired for poor performance or jumping ship. One of the cardinal sins of an interview is not doing your homework on the company you're interviewing with. Get on the Internet, read a news article, get any information you can on the company. The information you learn can be invaluable for picking new talking points to highlight your experience.Have a better answer than "To get a paycheck." An interviewer wants to see that you are genuinely interested in the job you will be asked to perform.Asking about your previous work experience is an opportunity both to see your work habits and relationship with coworkers. It's seen as very unprofessional to speak poorly of a previous position even if it was truly awful. Try to accentuate the positives and speak to the opportunities for growth. The questions asked at interviews are nearly ubiquitous regardless of industry so there is no excuse for not being prepared. Yet in a survey compiled by Come Recommended "winging an interview" and not doing research on an employer were in the top 10 mistakes made at a job interview. You can easily improve your interview by a large margin by simply preparing with a few of the common questions. Thinking about your answers before the interview will prevent any costly mistakes and set you apart from other candidates.Other common interview mistakes included, lacking humor or personality, and not showing enough interest or enthusiasm. You should be professional but it is okay to show excitement about a job opportunity.
The interview questions you will be asked by a potential employer may overlap. Regardless of your industry or experience, you will probably hear some of these questions. Even &though these questions are well known, countless interviewees still revert to the same tired answers that are sure to turn off an employer. Prepare before the interview with some of these sample questions to wow an interviewer into giving you a job. Many people have trouble talking about themselves. One of the largest errors is trying to tell your entire biography when answering this one question. Put yourself in the employer's shoes and consider what they would want to know about you. Your focus of study at college is going to be much more interesting to a hiring manager than your childhood growing up on a farm. One of the biggest factors an employer uses when evaluating an applicant is their track record with past employers. An interviewer will want to know on what terms you left your previous employer, and what type relationship you had. If you were fired, or tell an interviewer you are willing to begin work immediately without 2 weeks notice that tips them off that you may not be the most reliable employee.Money is the first answer that pops to mind when anyone is asked why they want a job but salary is a given and does nothing to convince an interviewer you're the right person for the job. This is why it's especially important to do your research so you can be specific. Emphasize the unique aspects of the position that interest you but especially the points that will convince an employer they need you. A teacher may point out poor graduation rates at the school and note his own excellent track record in improving graduation rates. An interviewer may ask you to use specific examples to show how you work under pressure or how you respond to adversity. No one expects work to go perfectly so be honest. Recalling a time you made a mistake but took it on yourself to fix that mistake is one way to show that you will keep business rolling in all circumstances. One example might be a restaurant manager picking up an inexpensive alternative wine at a liquor store rather than telling customers a restaurant is out of a wine at specific price point or selling a more expensive wine at the same price. This should be the easiest answer during your interview but you can ruin it by being too vague. Telling an interviewer that you're great with people or work hard tells them nothing that any other applicant wouldn't say. If you say you work hard, then prove it by telling an interviewer you haven't taken a sick day in ten years.Telling an interviewer your biggest weakness is probably the biggest trap through the whole interview process. Being too honest, such as telling them you've missed 30 days of work in the last year, will hurt you as an applicant. The flipside is when an interviewee tries to answer by disguising a strength as a flaw. Interviewers hate getting ridiculous answers like "Sometimes I work too hard." The best answer is to admit a weakness but show you recognize it and have strategies to deal with it. If you're disorganized then show you have a dedication to using a planner to keep track of your schedule or that you've taken a class on organizational techniques.Sometimes it's easy to be so bogged down in individual questions that you overlook one of the easiest ones. Ideally, your answers to every other question should be considered a bullet point to why you should be hired and this question is the summary. Framing this question correctly is critical to finding the right answer. A hire is going to happen because an employer needs you, not because you a need a job. Try to identify areas where a company is lacking and describe how you would help solve the problem area. The interview questions you are typically going to be asked are no great mystery. Be honest but always prepare yourself to be able to highlight the positives on any negative answers, perhaps by showing you've learned from a previous mistake and addressed that area. An interviewer may have a dozen people they will ask these same questions, so ask yourself how you stand out. The questions are directed to you but an easy guideline is to always direct your answer back towards the company.Monitor your online presence when interviewing for a job. An inappropriate email address or Facebook filled with party pictures will be looked at and is likely to turn off a hiring manager.
What would you say if your interviewer asked you why tennis balls were fuzzy? It could happen to you, just as it did to a prospective employee interviewing at Xerox. If you did&n't go into your interview thinking about what song you perform best, this question might throw you. It threw off job seekers at Red Frog Events. It's hard to think of how scissors pertain to delivering pizzas on the spot, but one recruiter at Apple wanted to hear an answer. The good news is now you have a chance to decide what your answer might be.An employee applying for a director position at Akamai got hit with this question. Try to explain something as complicated as the Internet on the fly.Hopefully you have a definite opinion on the existence of this famous creature, because it could come up at your next interview. It did for someone applying for a job with the Norwegian Cruise Line.Didn't expect to reminisce about your childhood activities during your job interview? Kiewit Corporation has other ideas. The computer giant Dell is known for asking this seemingly random question. The answer may reveal more about your personality than you realize. You wouldn't expect your ping pong abilities to come up during a job interview, but Citigroup isn't afraid to go there. Hopefully you have a precise game plan about which you can brag. This one is truly puzzling, as your level of boat experience seems completely irrelevant to most positions, with the possible exception of applying to be the captain of a ship. Applied Systems seems to think it's worth asking anyway. On the spot, it'd probably be tough to provide even a ballpark figure for how many planes are in the air at any given time. If you're applying for a job at Towers Watson, though, you might want to do a little research in this area first.
This question defines how essential an item or bill is in the scheme of things. If the answer to your question is a late fee and high interest rates on your credit card or for&eclosure of your home, it's a need. However, if the answer is that nothing will happen, it means the item is a want. Wants include things such as cable, Internet, eating dinner out, and going to the movies. This question helps separate items that fall into the grey area. These items are somewhat of a want, but clearly become a need when faced with what happens if you don't have the items in question. This might sound confusing, but consider the fact that you like a good steak every now and again. You can buy the choice cut meat at the grocery store for $15.99 per pound, or you could go out to eat. If you go out, each person in the family must eat, order drinks, and possible appetizers. After a tip, you just spent $70 on a dinner that you could have made for $35 to $40. This saving turns your splurge into more of a need than want. This is a very important question. You can determine if you can live without an item by not using it or buying it for a few weeks. If you find that you cannot live without it, then it is a need. Consider your car for example. You can stop driving it and use a bike or some other form of transportation. If you can sustain this activity without needing a car, you can drop the gas expense and drop down to a one-car household.Make a list of all of your expenses. Look over everything carefully to see what you can cut down on. These things are wants, since you can live without them. Do the same with your grocery bill. Ask yourself if you can cut back on the organic milk and produce by purchasing the regular products instead.Essential items you need to live include shelter, water, electricity, food, clothing, and possible transportation. Other things that are needs include health insurance, house insurance, and daycare if you have kids, but need to work. Wants include things such as the cable bill, Internet, cell phones, car payments, and credit cards. However, if you already have a credit card and the balance, the payment becomes a need, since not paying ruins your credit.
Sharing knowledge and obtaining knowledge are combined when you know the questions to ask at interviews. By asking questions, you make statements, and get answers. The right q&uestions can show how smart, confident, and experienced you are. These are attributes you want the interviewer to perceive, but there is another reason to ask questions. That reason is to get answers. Instead of telling the interviewer how smart you are, ask them questions that allow them to determine that for themselves. Ask about what capacity you would be able to help in with regard to your particular skill set. This will let them see that you care about the company's profitability, just as they do. Other questions that pertain specifically to the position and industry you are applying for will serve to showcase how well you know what you are talking about. By asking how they see the company being served by your skills you gain insight into what they would like to hear from you during rmation is only one reason to ask a question. Another reason is to highlight certain attributes you possess. If the answer to this question is one of the skills that you possess, asking a question in relation to that question will allow you to subtly showcase your skills and experience. One thing that gets glossed over in job interviews is what the culture is like at a particular place of employment. At certain places, the answer will be obvious, such as in the case of Google. Google lets everyone know that you can play, nap, or work while at work. How well you can adjust to a new position is directly influenced by the particular culture you are entering. Ask what your first priority would be upon hire. This question serves a valid purpose. You will want to follow through with whatever you hear at the interview. Ask this question in all seriousness, and make sure you answer is framed by your qualifications. Finding out the next step in the interview process should be your last step during the interview process. Only ask this once the interviewer has completed the interview process. You will be able to show that you really want the position and want to find out what else you can do to get the job. It will also help you to naturally and effectively put yourself in the driver's seat, and the interviewer in the passenger seat. This creates a sense of authority, which is a great way to end an interview. Do not overdo it, just find out what, if anything, you can do to help the process along. In a culture of question askers, do not be the person who concludes an interview by answering "no" to being asked "do you have any questions to ask?" Ask the interviewer pointed questions, and when the interview is concluded, be sure to find out if there is anything else you can do to secure the position. Showcase all your skills and attributes with well-placed questions, and you will be answered with the job you desire.Steve Jobs founded Apple out of his garage, saved the company by creating Pixar, and created the world's most popular smartphone.

No, not anyone living on Earth. Perhaps a deity or a space alien, though not everyone is in agreement whether either actually exist.
