有的健身房私人教练是要从巡场做起，不过看你个人的斗志了。我们有几个新同事，从东一毕业的，老板让他们先做巡场，有个女孩子就在巡场的时候耐心的教会员，后来会员主动买她私教，立马做销冠。自愧不如啊！！
巡场教练岗位职责及工作内容

巡场教练很简单，敢开始就是逛逛场子，看看有没有违规使用器材给予警示，或者会员动作明显不对要善意的进行纠正，还有其他器材的检查等等。如果会所有安排一些私教课给你就最好，如果没有就应该主动出击，一些没有经验的会员刚开始健身可能茫然...
有，想继续晋升，赚取高工资，可以去学私人教练，你以前是巡场教练，肯定很快就可以学会的，而且你有经验，可以去健华只学习私人教练的知识。。
身房一般的经营模式就是来了新的会员教练主管会按牌分给私人教练，类似于理发店的发型师那种。但是巡场教练是不上牌的，不过底薪比其他私人教练要高点。
不知道你在哪个城市发展，现在的除非盈利性跟强的健身房否则巡场教练一般都由私人教练顶替
