Our loft space is truly one of a kind and perfect for couples or friends looking to experience all Lincoln Park has to offer. Located within blocks from multiple train and bus stops, its one of the best locations in the city on a beautiful block!This is a unique loft space in the heart of Lincoln Park. You are 4 blocks away from both the Fullerton and Armitage CTA stop, with plenty of bus stops all around us, so getting down to the city is quick and painless. The space offers:Full kitchen with dishwasherLarge open living room Large master bedroom with Queen BedMassive loft space that has full bed and queen size blow up mattress 2 decks/outdoor spaces (grill included)1.5 bathsUnfortunately we do not have Cable TV. We can provide a password for internet access if you would like to bring your computer.Guests will have access to the entire apartment. The common backyard is also available but not well maintained so we suggest using our private deck space instead.We live in the city about 1 mile away so we will be around to welcome guests to the place and provide guidance on whatever questions you may have!We live on a gorgeous block in Lincoln Park within walking distance to DePaul campus, Oz Park, Lincoln Park and many of the cities best restaurants! Our apartment is around 1400 sq. ft. and while it hasn't been fully updated, it's size and character is something you can't find just anywhere. Some of our favorite spots are:Summer House Santa Monica for AmericanAthenian Room for greekHomeslice for pizzaSweet Mandy B's for something sweet :)We are within walking distance to many late night hot spots such as Kinkades, McGees, State, Kellys Pub and many more!As mentioned, we are very close to public transportation and highly recommend using Google Maps to get around via the CTA trains and buses. There are multiple Divvy bike stations in the area. If you will be driving, we can provide daily parking passes. Limit is 1 per day. Permit parking is easily available on our street within 1-2 blocks at all times. There is also free/non permit street parking in the area as well. We are in a very popular area of the city so you won't have to go far to find a taxi (or get an uber if that's your thing!)We are around the corner from: Wrigley Field Brown line Red Line Whole Foods/Trader Joe's/Binny's Armitage Shopping district 1 mile from North Avenue beach 1 mile from Lincoln Park Zoo 1 mile from Lincoln Park (Park) 1 mile from Lincoln Park Botanical Garden
This is a 3 flat building and we have full time neighbors below us. It is asked that you use common courtesy when entering and exiting the building as its a common foyer. Our street is very residential with single family homes and very few rentals so we ask that loud music be kept to a reasonable level and doesn't go past 10PM.
Smoking: Please do not smoke inside. Smoking is allowed on the back deck. Please properly remove butts. Drug use will not be tolerated.
Dogs: Dogs will be allowed over the age of 2 that are well behaved and potty trained. Please note this when booking.
Common courtesy and common sense goes a long way! We would just appreciate that you treat our space with respect, the same way you would want your space to be treated at home.

The owners of this property were amazing! They were so kind and made us feel right at home. The apartment was incredibly adorable, safe, and had such a cozy feeling. The neighborhood was in easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, and Chicago activities. It slept the 6 of us very comfortably, with much room to spare! I highly recommend renting this unit for your Chicago weekend getaway :)
