The seawater was as blue as the sky, and it was very clean as well. Also, the beach in D we built a small sand palace. When I was swimming in the sea, as if I was a little fish, I like that feeling very much. That’s my trip to Dalai, it’s really unforgettable.

　　很多初中小朋友都抱怨写不好()写作开头段，尤其是背景句的写法，总是觉得无话可说。不用愁，我们下面以TPO3的一篇独立题目为例教大家如何写出恰当的开头段。
　　谈到背景句的写法，大家可以遵循一下步骤：
　　1. 找出题目中的关键词
　　2. 寻找关键词的上义词
　　3. 根据上义词生成背景句
　　小朋友们此时会不禁发问：到底什么是上义词？大家完全可以将上义词理解为可以包含关键词的词。举个简单的例子：如题目中的关键词是北京中心校区，（Do you ae or disagree with the following statement. Central campus， Beijing New Oriental is the best language training institute of all time.）那么寻找上义词的步骤可以如下：
　　北京灵格思中心校区→北京灵格思→灵格思→英语教育机构
　　这个时候小朋友们就可以根据已经想好的上义词写背景句了。那么整个开头段的大致思路如下：近来，市面上英语教育机构鱼龙混杂（背景句），有的人说很难找到信得过的机构（大家都在讨论的事情），但我认为灵格思可另当别论，尤其是北京灵格思，它的中心校区更是无可挑剔（我的观点）。我的理由如下（承上启下句）。这样，通过找到关键词的上义词，我们就简单地完成了开头段的思路。
　　接下来我们就具体实践一下：通过分析TPO3题目（Do you agree or disagree with the following statement？ It is more important to keep your old friends than it is to make new friends.），我们得知关键词为old friends/ new friends. 那么这两者的共同上义词可以是friends. 因此背景句可以随意发挥写一些朋友方面的句子。请看如下开头段范文：
　　Friends are those who offer us a straw of hope during moments ofdespair； who lend us a shoulder to lean on in times of trouble； and who know us too well to let us venture too far into bewilderment without holding us back. Friends， old or new， should be valued with equal importance and that‘s why I raise objection to the statement that the significance of keeping in touch with old friends overshadows that of acquaintingwith new ones. My reasons are listed below.
　　附带翻译：朋友可以在我们感到绝望的时候给我们一线希望，在我们陷入困境的时候借给我们肩膀去依靠，朋友更是非常了解我们，不会让我们在混沌中迷失太远。朋友，无论新老，都该被同等重视，所以我反对题目中所说的老朋友比新朋友重要这一观点。我的理由如下。
　　需要强调的是：小朋友们在关注背景句写法的同时不要忘记开头段中要明确表达自己的观点！否则会有跑题之嫌。我们这篇开头段思路即为：

　　卵巢囊肿有哪些不适症状?卵巢囊肿是女性的多发病，尤其是年龄20-50岁之间的女性容易患上卵巢囊肿。患上卵巢囊肿是会有一定不适症状的。下面我们来了解一下。
　　卵巢囊肿有哪些不适症状?
　　1、尿频、尿急。
　　2、下腹不适感：下腹不适感为患者的初期症状。由于肿瘤本身的重量以及受肠蠕动及体位变动的影响，使肿瘤在盆腔内移动牵扯其蒂及骨盆漏斗韧带，以致患者有下腹或骼窝部充胀、下坠感。
　　3、腹围增粗、腹内肿物增大：患者觉察自己的衣服或腰带显得紧小，方才注意到腹部增大，或在晨间偶然感觉，因而自己按腹部而发现腹内有肿物，加之腹胀不适。
　　4、腹痛：卵巢瘤患者感觉腹痛，尤其突然发生者，多是系瘤蒂发生扭转，或着为肿瘤破裂、出血或感染所致。此外，恶性囊肿多引起腹痛、腿痛。
　　5、月经紊乱：一般卵巢，甚至双侧卵巢囊肿，由于并不破坏所有的正常卵巢组织，多半不引起月经紊乱。有的子宫出血并不属于内分泌性，或因卵巢瘤使盆腔的血管分布改变，引起子宫内膜充血而起;或由于卵巢恶性肿瘤直接转移至子宫内膜而导致的。
　　6、压迫症状：巨大的卵巢肿瘤可因压迫横膈而引起呼吸困难及心悸;但有的卵巢肿瘤患者的呼吸困难系由一侧或双侧胸腔积液所致。
