马德兴：足协下达文身禁令立意不错但缺乏应有尊重马德兴：足协下达文身禁令立意不错但缺乏应有尊重体坛周报官方号百家号体坛周报记者马德兴述评一场0比6的惨败，让里皮和他的国足又重新置于舆论的风口浪尖中。但中国足协此时传出有关“禁止文身”的消息，颇有“挡枪眼”的味道，将原本对准国脚们的“火力点”全部都吸引到自己身上，不得不令人感慨中国足协的“公关术”。坦率地说，笔者也很讨厌“文身”，但文身与否则是个人的自由与权力，恐怕没有人可以干涉这样的自由。对于个性的错误理解跟随中国足球南征北战20多年，记者发现，越是年轻的球员，如今越是所谓的“与国际接轨”，文身便是其中之一。2017年7月份，记者跟随中国95年龄段U23国足南下柬埔寨参加第三届亚洲U23锦标赛预选赛小组赛。当时，中国队与日本队下榻一个酒店。小组赛战罢两轮后，在中日对决的前一天上午，中国队和日本队恰好都安排主力球员在酒店前往游泳池恢复调整。双方球员都是光着膀子，中国队队员有的身前，有的后背，有的则包括手臂都有文身。反观日本队球员，除了个别球员在手臂上或手腕上刻有很小的文字之外，其余都干干净净。尽管最终中国队在随后的比赛中以2比1击败了以小打大的日本队（日本派出的是U21队）、以小组第一出线，但比赛前一天那一幕，依然让记者记忆犹新——日本年轻球员所接受的传统教育、文化知识成都显然现在的中国年轻球员所能比的。而日本足球之所以能够领先亚洲，与年轻球员一门心思都是用在足球上有很大关系。如今再次提及此事，笔者无意否定中国年轻球员开放的心态，也不想去评说这么做对还是不对，只是想表达：由于这些年来金钱左右着中国足坛，好与坏更多地是看钱多钱少，这本身就已经将中国足球引入到一个误区。相反，真正应该重视的教育、文化熏陶等问题的缺失，导致现在的年轻球员相互比较的不是球技、不是球品，而是谁的车豪华、谁的薪水更高，错误地理解了什么是“个性”，以为文身多、文身花，就是“有个性”。加上整个舆论、社会上出现的一些不良东西，或多或少地影响到了球员的思想与境界。也正因为此，前国青主教练贾秀全去年接手U19国青队时，直言“想进国青队就必须去掉文身、不能染发等”，引起各界的共鸣、受到充分肯定，显然是一个积极的主意。不过，尽管如此，恐怕也不应该成为管理部门明令禁止的的手段。阿联酋曾禁留奇异发型实际上，当中国足协准备禁止文身时，很容易让人想起先前中国足协曾有过这样一个规定，即进入国家队的不得染发、不得戴金项链等。但由于这样的决定是在本土教练执教期间产生的，在外教接手之后，这样的规定最终也就不了了之了。而当此番中国足协再次准备采取类似之举时，笔者想起了上个赛季阿联酋足协所作出了一条类似的决定，即禁止球员留各种非常规发型，一旦违反，阿联酋足协伦理道德委员会将对球员进行处罚，并勒令重新修剪。决定一出，在整个2016-17赛季，共有46名球员受到处罚，不仅包括本土阿联酋球员，更包括外籍球员。其中，受罚最重的是曾在上海上港队效力的加纳外援吉安，受到罚款上万迪拉姆（当地货币）的处罚。而在本赛季中，最新一位受到罚款处罚的，则是效力于艾因队的巴西外援卡约，因为其发型类似于莫干西发型，被罚款1000迪拉姆(合人民币约1800元)。而且，阿联酋足协还规定：当场比赛裁判有权作出决定，如果认为发型不合适，可以禁止球员出场比赛。阿联酋之所以对发型问题如此苛刻，有一个合适而正当的理由，就是由于该国属于穆斯林国家，他们可以认定奇特的发型违反了本国的传统文化，因而可以明令禁止。而实际上，像沙特阿拉伯早在2012年就曾出现过这样一件事：目前依然是沙特国家队队长的瓦利德·阿卜杜拉赫曾被当值裁判以“非穆斯林”头发发型为由，禁止其代表沙巴布队出场参加沙特一场国内联赛。换而言之，像西亚的国家因为涉及到宗教信仰、宗教文化传统等情况，可以实施在我们看起来“完全没有道理”的禁令。但是，就中国足球乃至中国文化而言，文身的问题是否应该明令禁止？存在争议也就再正常不过了。立意不错选错方式从中国足协不希望球员文身的情况来看，应该说其出发点是好的，就是希望球员能够展现出一些积极向上的东西。但是，随着现代社会的发展，民众已经越来越开放，逐渐开始接受欧美文化，已经不再将文身当做一种“禁忌”。在这种情况下，出台相关规定、实施禁令，恐怕与社会的发展背道而驰，更与足球这项运动本身所追求、提倡的开放、透明相悖。而且，从足球运动本身来说，它倡导的是一种“尊重”，就像我们可以不喜欢文身，但并没有权利去禁止他人文身，这是一个社会人起码的观念。所谓“尊重”，就是尊重球员、尊重教练、尊重裁判、尊重球迷、尊重与足球相关的从业人员，但是，这样的禁令，恐怕就已经失去了起码的一种尊重。从另一个角度来说，中国足球需要重视文化建设、需要培养有个性的运动员，作为管理者，我们可以明确追求什么、提倡什么。譬如，类似像文身一事，我们可以明确不鼓励、不提倡，但是，任何人没有权利去干涉他人要做什么，只要其所作所为在宪法规定的范围之内。同时，从管理者的角度来说，何为“个性”？何为“足球文化”？如何真正建设“足球文化”？需要有一个清醒的认知、认识，然后才能采取相关的行动来给足球人补上这一课，而不是简单、粗暴地以行政命令方式来解决类似的问题。现在的中国已经进入21世纪的“新时代”，我们需要有一种包容、宽广的胸怀去拥抱一切合理的东西。本文仅代表作者观点，不代表百度立场。系作者授权百家号发表，未经许可不得转载。体坛周报官方号百家号最近更新：简介:体坛周报官方新媒体平台作者最新文章相关文章小站会根据您的关注，为您发现更多，

He started in the business back in 1959, the same year he got his first tattoo. He was 14 years old. Back then, the customers were mainly sailors and the parlours could be found in Coney Island or on the Bowery - a street as rough then as it is fancy today.In 1961 tattooing was declared illegal in New York, because of fears of a hepatitis epidemic. &I think that, obviously, portraits require a lot of attention to detail, but I think it&s more the rendering of the facial structure that makes it, using a nice contrast and not making it look flat I guess is a big factor& and a lot of black! Ha! But I don&t feel I have any authority on the matter as I&ve had no formal art training, so I find it hard to rattle off details about colour theory and values, I just have my way of doing things and that&s it I guess. At the time, my mate Neil Braithwaite, who was my tattooist, offered me an apprenticeship. I had never previously wanted to tattoo, but given the chance I was keen to give it a go. Like most tattooers I had been drawing since I can remember. Neil Braithwaite taught me a lot. I didn&t think portrait work was something that interested me in the beginning, but I started to lean this way after while and haven&t looked back.
