When an American girl, for example, arrives in front of people she has never met before, she will talk with them, trying to create a kind of bond（联系）between her and this new circle of people. The French girls will just think about rather than really do this kind of thing because they are too shy and lacking in self-confidence.To finish, I noticed that in American classes, when pupils want to say or ask something, they just do it. In general, they don’t really care how the others will judge them. In France, it’s not the same case. If somebody wants to ask something, he/she will think about it before speaking up. 芒市四小举行英语新课标新教材培训活动

与2011版新课标配套的新教材，从今年秋季学期开始在三年级开始使用，但是执教的一线教师还没有机会参加过任何相关的培训活动。学校为了帮助教师更好的理解新教材，在10月17日下午，邀请了市教科中心的杨育利老师到我校为全体英语教师做《三年级新教材解析》的讲座，学校各级领导也积极参加了此次培训活动。
杨老师主要从教材的变化和教学要求、教学方法的梳理、教材中变化较大的体系、课标――教材――教学的关系、英语教学目标三个方面进行了细致的讲解。特别是在教材的变动方面，杨老师细心搜集了新旧教材的图片进行了对比，使老师对新教材的变化一目了然；在新教材各部分的教学要求的变化方面，杨老师讲得比较详细，主要从情境图的使用方法和效果、对话教学、词汇教学、字母读写教学等九个方面来做出讲解，期间不但为大家举出了许多教学实例，还用互动的方式来进一步让英语教师更投入到培训中。
杨老师的讲解做得细致入微，我校英语教师也就教学中遇到的问题与杨老师进行了面对面的咨询和交流。培训受到了大家的好评。

As the main part of English learning and teaching research, influence factors of English learning achievement should receive attention. The existing research notes in the English learning achievement by Mr. the influence of learning motivation and mental toughness. However, the study did not coherent and analyzes the influence of these two factors on English learning. Therefore, this study will explore the two of English learning effect. This study to Mangshi suburban middle school, for example, education thoughts from the point of view, the questionnaire combined query visit experience and research of teaching theory, analysis of the junior high school students' English learning achievement of the important influencing factor. On existing research stop literature review basically, this research questionnaire survey method, test check the contents of the learning motivation and mental toughness degree, on the impact of the border residents near minority areas, English learning status investigation, and analysis of the two English learning achievement influence.
