SectionA(1a-Grammar Focus) 教学设计 & 教材分析 1.本单元的主要内容是学会利用表示方式方法的结构&Verb+by& with gerund的表达方式来讨论学习英语的方法和策略,认识自己在学习英语方面的长处和不足,。 2.本课是这个单元的第一课时(1a- Grammar Focus),学习的主题是怎样学习英语、学习英语过程中遇到的困难及解决问题的方法。通过学习本课,除了教会学生基础知识之外,还要帮助学生掌握学习英语的方法,培养学生用正确科学的方法处理问题,为学生实际学习奠定基础。 学情分析 1.九年级的学生已经掌握了许多词汇和句型,具备了一定的听说读写能力,且有自己的学习方法。本节课可以让学生们互相交流,取长补短。 2.大部分的学生英语表达能力特别是口语表达能力欠佳,缺乏运用英语的环境,且学生大多存在害羞心理,不敢当众开口说英语,因此要多鼓励学生利用目标语言进行对话。 教学目标 知识目标: &1. 掌握语言结构&verb+by&with gerund。 &2. 掌握并学会运用重点词汇: flashcard, vocabulary, take notes,aloud, pronunciation. &3. 理解并能口头运用下列主要句型: How do you study for a test? I study by working with my classmates. Have you ever studied with a group? Yes, I have. I&ve learned a lot that way. 能力目标: 通过小组活动,学生能互相交流和讨论学习方法及学习中遇到的困难,同时学会针对学习中的困难给别人提出建议。 &情感目标: &&&&&&&&& 1.鼓励学生自主探索及主动参与活动,形成相互交流、相互促进的学习氛围,使其体验成就感,提高学习兴趣。 &&&&&&2.通过学生之间互相交流学习方法的同时,培养他们人际交往能力。 &教学重点和难点 1.学会用by短语表达学习方法,即:Verb + by + gerund. 2.正确运用英语表达自己学习英语的方法及遇到的困难。 教学过程 Step1& 情景导入(leading-in) 1.通过问题how do you go to school? 来询问同学们是怎样来学校,从而来复习by+交通工具的用法。 & 2.导入本课的主题How do you usually study for a test?来引导学生互相讨论学习方法,初步了解。 Step2& 内容呈现(presentation) 利用多媒体展示一些图片,让学生们通过图片来观察图片中的人物是如何来为考试而学习。从而能够掌握并运用verb+by这一结构,特别是要注意by后要跟动词的-ing形式。多媒体呈现,便于师生、生生互动活动,让学生在交际语言的过程中去学习新单词,直观教学,呈现新知,吸引学生的注意力。 Step3 &练习(practice)
展示图片让学生思考并说出重点短语,for example(make flashcards&)
让学生运用语言目标两两互相讨论学习方法。
完成课本1b的听力内容。 及时练习,由词到句再到听力语篇,循序渐进,一方面检测学生对词组和句型的掌握情况,同时让学生自编对话,达到灵活运用语言的目的。通过合作学习,给学生提供平等的说英语的机会,创造轻松愉快、自然和谐的课堂气氛,增强学生的自信心,促进了交际活动的展开。 Step4 &听说训练(2a,2b&2c)
利用录音机播放听力磁带,完成听力内容并要求学生大声朗读2a中句子。 2.根据2a和2b中的信息来编对话。让学生以小组的形式来练习对话,通过小组竞赛来鼓励学生开口说英语,并给学生提供自主学习和相互交流的机会以及充分表现和自我发展的空间,最终提高综合语言运用能力,培养学生的口语能力、合作能力。 Steps 5 作业设计 利用本课所学知识来描述自己学习英语的方法。通过写作,检查学生对于本节课重点词组的掌握情况,培养学生的写作技能和书面表达能力。 & & &

You're a mess! 赶紧收拾一下吧!你多脏呀!导示 5:Which pair of jeans to buy 是“疑问句+动词不定式”结构,在句中作宾语。Eg: These jackets are all very beautiful.
