这一句中的indicating是现在分词作状语，它在句子中作一个伴随状语，说明动词detect。that引导的是一个宾语从句，这个从句作indicating的宾语。对吗？
是不是因为现在分词indicating有动词性质，所以that从句作宾语修饰indicating？
状语后面能跟宾语从句修饰状语吗？
我觉得你的分析是对的. indicating分词作状语,分词是非谓语动词可以带自己的宾语/状语.
