the H&ttig temperature (许蒂希温度):
若固体熔点(热力学温度)为Tm,0.3Tm温度称为许蒂希温度。该温度以上开始发生晶格表面原子显著迁移。

The temperature at
which lattices begin to be appreciably mobile is sometimes termed
the Tammann T and that at which surface atoms become
significantly mobile, the H&ttig temperature. For simple compounds
without phase changes on heating and of low vapor pressure, the
Tammann temperature is very approximately 0.5 Tm and the H&ttig
temperature about 0.3 Tm , where Tm is the melting point in
absolute units. Appreciable mobility appears at about Tm/3 for
metals[1].

The first application of the Vogel&Fulcher&Tammann equation to biological problem: A new interpretation of the temperature dependent hydrogen exchange rates of the thrombin-binding DNA, , , , , , , , , , , a State Key Laboratory of Magnetic Resonance and Atomic and Molecular Physics, Wuhan Institute of Physics and Mathematics, The Chinese Academy of Sciences, Wuhan 430071, Chinab Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing 100049, Chinac Department of Physiology and Biophysics, Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, Cleveland, OH , USAThe Vogel&Fulcher&Tammann equation, which is widely applied in condensed matter physics, is for the first time applied to analysis of the hydrogen exchange rates of DNA as a function of temperature. The VFT equation, which for hydrogen exchange should read kex=Aexp[&(E/R)/(T&T0)]kex=Aexp[&(E/R)/(T&T0)], contains a constant temperature T0T0. When we analyzed the hydrogen exchange rates for the thrombin binding DNA aptamer d  (GGTTGGTGTGGTTGG) as a function of temperature using the VFT equation, we found that T0T0 happens to be the melting temperature of the DNA. A quantitative relationship is established between the VFT equation and the Arrhenius equation.
