电镀工件面积的计算:工件面积计算的方法
    &&& 由几何形状计算工件的面积是面积计算的一般方法,复杂的工件可以将其分解成规则的形状,按表2—1的计算方法计算每一部分的面积,再将各部分的面积相加,并扣除重叠部分的面积,即得工件的表面积。表2-1面积计算的一般方法续表&&& 也可以由物体的质量计算表面积。当表面是纵剖面或被打有空孔在上面时,计算表面积就有些困难,不过,如果物件有明显不变的规格厚度,它的面积可以由它的质量来求得,具体如下。单面:&&& A=W/(10Sd)双面:&&& A=2W/(10Sd)式中 A——表面面积,dm2;&&& &W——质量,g;&&& &S——密度,g/cm3;d——厚度,mm。例如:有一个黄铜物件质量245g,厚l.2mm,它的面积A=245/(8.40×1.2×10) =2.43dm2&&& 假如它是有孔的物件,那因考虑工件内部面积必须在其外面面积上加50%,它的有效面积是3.65dm2,这种数字在计算所需电流时使用。物件的总表面积当然是外面面积的2倍。&&&
