Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?The best way to
truly relax and reduce is to spend time alone.
When it comes to the issue that what is the best way to relax, a large
number of answers come to my mind. Some people prefer to stay alone to
relax, while others are in favor of spending the time with their friends
or family members. As far as I concerned,none of us is an island,
everyday we interact with different kinds of people ,which makes our
life full of energy.Thus, spending time with others may be the best
method to relax or reduce stress.
A friend in deed is a friend in need. Friends are an impotant part of
our life.To some extent, they are as important as our family
members.They can give you a hand when you are in trouble.As the same
way, when you are tired,they will welcome you to the warm harbour . For
me, the help from others is extremely crucial. Last summer, I failed one
of the most important exam. I was so tired that I even wanted to give up
my life.It was my best friend Lisa that give me hope and assistant me
with my study.She told me her failed experience to me and encouraged me
to try again.Finally,I passed the exam.Hardly can I imagine what had
happened if I choosed to stay alone.
Entertainment is an antidote to the&&lamentable life. Compared with the
past ,we have more ways to relax ourselves,like TV , KTV, Shopping, the
snoker , movie, web bar&&and so on. Physical exercise, the simplest way,
but also the most effective way to reduce stress. By exercise, the
burden will be alleviated to some angle .All unpleasant experience will
flee away with the sweat.When you&&focus on something,like playing
snooker,you will be absorbed to the game and forget the stress in life
Of course,we can not deny the merits of serene environment.We can listen
to music,play computer games and read books.Though the advantage that
staying alone enjoys are considerable,they can not compete with the
advantage that sharing your pain to others, when friends and varies
recreation methods are take into consideration.From what has been
discussed above,we could safely draw the conclusion that spend time
alone is not the best way to relax.
