at the same time,i think there is another Chinese saying would be match to your second sentence, so how about ---不管三七二十一！？

Hi, shane, &不管三七二十一& means &to do something without caring what it will be, or whether it&#39s right or not&. I find a story about Chinese idiom &不管三七二十一&; it&#39s in Chinese, still I hope it can put the meaning of the idiom across to you.
不管三七二十一
很久以前，有个叫李元的财主，雇卫个五大三粗的小伙子当长工，起初，他每天管小伙子三顿干饭，免得借屙尿的机会偷懒。不久，财主就后悔起来，心想小伙子一顿能吃三碗干饭，一天下来就得吃九碗。吝啬的财主觉得长工饭量太大，就对老婆说：“这小伙子干活卖力气，一个能顶两个，只是太能吃了！从明天开始，每天管他三顿稀饭吧！”但小伙子即使每顿吃七碗稀饭，干起活来还是有气无力。眼看田中杂草丛生，再不抓紧除草，粮食就要减产，李元十分恼火，他生气地问长工：“你一天吃我三七二十一碗饭，怎么干活不像个男子汉？”
小伙子装没听见敲着碗边说：“干干干，一天九碗，汗毛都有劲，喷嚏响过山！稀稀稀，三七二十一，尿像竹竿雨，手脚软如泥。我着急没力气，你着急，为的什？”
李元听了当着长工的面对老婆说：“算了，算了，从今天起，管他三三九碗干饭，不管他三七二十一。”
这件事就这样慢慢传开了。时间的推移，“不管三七二十一”这句俗语的意思也发生了变化，用来指不分是非的言行。
没想到还有这么个典故呀～

It should be used as a verb.
