这个很正常，说明你操作的太频繁了，被锁定了，我的也是，过几天就好了。
没事的，我之前删好友也出现过，就是你忽然有一段时间大量添加或删除好友，就会被腾讯的程序自动定义为异常操作，过一天就没事了
