最近放假，想去健身馆继续锻炼一下我基本每天都可以去说一下我的情况本人 身高 180体重 70KG由于小时候练过几年田径（短跑）腿力量还好 这次健身就想锻炼一下上肢 我现在每天去健身管
先做10~15分钟热身然后做力量的训练 我主要想练 手臂 胸 肩 腹肌我不知道每个位置都练几个动作 和 每个动作都练几组 以及次数还有就是 应该按照什么周期来 小弟实在不知道该怎么办 谢谢大家了 分不多 就20
其实你如果去健身房的话，也没必要上网问意见。健身房有专业的教练，等你填上基本资料后，他们会根据你的基本资料和要求来给你设定最适合你的训练单子，所以你如果有什么疑问就直接问健身房。。。。这是我最中肯的意见，希望能帮到你。
