禽类企业只有结合自身行业的产业特性,利用客户关系管理这一工具,分析客户和市场的需求,从“以产品为中心”向“以客户为中心”转变,促进企业在剧烈的市场竞争中得到壮大与发展,成为立足区域市场同时又能辐射全国的禽类龙头企业。
With the development of national economy and better living standards, poultry products have become the core source of the nation's food consumption. Given that emphasis have been put on the strengthening of &rural economy, rural development and rural demography&, poultry products have become the agricultural industry's backbone in this rising trend. However the recent growth of poultry industry has also led to increasing unbridled competition and related issues, topped with the sudden impact of bird's flu and other industrial disasters, the poultry industry is currently facing both internal and external problems.
Given the circumstances, customer retention marketing is now the core focus for the development of poultry industry, with customer relationship management (&CRM&) now becomes the industry's most important task. Customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and converting standard customers to &premier customers& are the key issues to be resolved in commercial poultry management. Learning the customer need, finding the customers' potential, building customer relations and improving customer satisfaction and related issues are now on display to the marketing and sales personnel of the poultry industry. Through improved CRM, not only that it creates a competitive edge for the business, it also generates steady business and income in the long-run. The poultry business should first, adopt &customer-centric& as its core marketing strategy, then to grow the scope of CRM, so that customer satisfaction on poultry products can be improved. Also on this basis, sales services, responsive customer service, management activities and supporting marketing strategies are established.
Customer satisfaction is the primary indicator which should be observed closely in CRM. At the same time, the business entity should offer adequate customer support so that a high customer retention rate can be maintained and customer loss rate can be reduced.
