Job Description
Business control and management Ensure the implementation and maintenance of effective business controls in two segments, which properly addresses relevant business risks including pricing, contract, payment, Capex and inventory etc. Continuous Business process improvement to support business growth Costing and inventory control Ensure all standard cost are reviewed and updated accordingly.
Review and analysis PPV, productivity and absorption monthly, and follow up each action plan. Review overhead cost against budget and previous year. Prepare actual cost analysis for key runners Ensure effective inventory control system in place, periodically review and make improvements Manage stock cycle counting and revaluation, follow up on gaps and take corrective actions if needed Review Inventory with Supply chain and quality control monthly.
Ensure inventory obsolescence reserve is recorded properly. Review GRIR account, any unusual item should be investigated and corrected immediately. Capex control and follow up Participate in project team for investment proposal preparation Main projects should be reviewed and tracked.
Customized equipment management and control Pricing & quotation control Assist to implement pricing management process Develop quotation process and procedure Support project team on cost simulation for new project Periodically review standard margin and trigger improvement actions to business team Reporting and Analysis Finance analysis required by segment Prepare budget, forecast.Monthly financial review and analysisThe Successful Applicant
Education Bachelor’s degree or above Experience: 5 years’ working experience and at least 2 years’ related in-house experience Strong knowledge of costing area. Skills Experience in ERP systems, SAP is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Diese Diplom-Arbeit zeigt die Hauptunterschiede von E-Business-Controlling zu herkommlichen Controlling-Verfahren auf und erklart anhand der praxisnah gewahlten Fallstudie des mittelstandigen Fahrradlieferanten Tourmalet GmbH wie die Umsetzung in der Praxis erfolgen kann. Dabei werden sowohl auf einfache Moglichkeiten wie Logfile-Analysen und Cookie-Auswertungen als auch auf die neusten Moglichkeiten, die sich aus der Verknupfung von Data Warehouse, OLAP-, sowie verschiedener Report- und Auswertungs-Anwendungen ergeben, eingegangen. Durch die richtige Anwendung des E-Business-Controlling liefern die entsprechenden Anwendungen bereits vorkonsolidierte und berechnete Werte. Dadurch bekommt der Controller mehr Zeit fur Analysen, denn er ist weniger mit der Datenbeschaffung beschaftigt. Zahlreiche Darstellungen, Beispiele und detaillierte Abkurzungs- und Fremdworterverzeichnisse runden die Arbeit ab.
