by the side of the new teaching hall是表示地点的状语成分，因此没有主谓成分. Cthat much=too much，that是副词相当于too，比too much更多强调语气更重，that much里much是形容词修饰makeup，very much&#47，所以空格必须选有主谓成分的结构，只有there可以倒装，四个选项中只有第一个there stands a library是主谓结构（stands是谓语动词;so都是副词不可以直接修饰名词的;very&#47，a library是主语）B的问题在于主谓倒装了，否则没有理由主谓颠倒啊2，后面built in the 1930s是一个过去分词带的短语结构作定语或也看作补语（修饰前面library）. A本句在填上空格前没有主语和谓语成分1
1 对 介词短语开头倒装 如果有逗号A对，但是句子后半部分就需要改一下咯，要加个which was，即By the side of the new teaching hall，there stands a library,which was built in the 1930s.2 这个句子貌似有点问题呢。。。lz确定没打错？有两个谓语咯。
两个都对了。第二个的结构是&sandy wears very much make up&这件事惹恼了她妈。
