1991是从1991年起，是个时间点
那如果要写 since 1991 的话，前面半句要怎么改呢？
去掉has，也就是不用现在完成时就行了

我也觉得A、C两个选项皆。 for强调动作持续的时间，since接时间点。如果用for，谓语动词需用持续性动词。the doctor's是职业名词后用所有格，省略了office.
就是“医生诊所”的意思。另外，since+时间点也可以用于现在完成时。

因为这个句子中know作为动词已担当了谓语动词的成分，一个句子中是不能出现两个谓语动词的，这是从语法上来解释。再者，像这样的句子最好记在脑子中，有了语感，就不用去扣语法了。祝你学习英语愉快！
一句话只能有一个谓语动词。know是动词，资料就只能把is这个动词去掉，所以是wearing
表示正在进行的动作，现在分词 wearing 表示人的状态 句子意思是 你认识那个穿蓝衬衫、白短裤的男孩吗？
