摘要：英语阅读能力一直是我国英语学习者的一个难题，并对英语学习者造成很大的影响。英语和汉语一样，需要“听、说、读、写、译”等多种技能，如果阅读水平上不去，英语学习者就无法获得大量关于英语方面的信息资源，这样英语的技能就成了“无本之源”，无法再有长进。只有英语阅读能力上去了，才能有效运用所学的知识吸取能量，继续长进。可是，我国中学生在英语阅读方面还存在着普遍的毛病，其主要表现为：英语阅读速度跟不上，理解能力不行等等，这对中学生英语学习的的兴趣和积极性都造成了很大的影响。本文结合我国中学生在英语阅读方面的实际情况，指出了中学生提高英语阅读能力应注意的问题，并就如何提高英语阅读能力提出了自己的建议，希望能对广大中学学生的英语学习有所帮助。
Abstract: English reading skill has been a puzzle of the Chinese learners of English, and it has a big impact on English learners. Like Chinese, English needs various abilities such as listening, speaking, reading, writing, translating and so on. If reading level is not high, English learners can’t gain a large quantity of information resources on English, in this way, English skills will become useless sources, and have no opportunity for growth. Only reading level is high, they can effectively use knowledge to drain energy and keep on growing. However, our high school students still have normal defects in English reading, which is mainly embodied that they can’t catch up with the speed of E have a bad ability to understand and so on, which has a great impact on the interest and enthusiasm in English learning of high school students. This paper, in combining our high school students’ practical situation in English learning, points out the problems that need attention in improving English reading abilities, and give out oneself proposal some advice on how to improve English reading abilities. Hope it will be helpful to English learning of vast high school students.

企业财务管理目标初探
摘要:本文介绍了两种常用的财务管理目标：股东权益最大化和企业价值最大化，并对这两种财务管理目标进行了对比，提出我国企业应选择价值最大化为企业财务管理目标的观点。分析了两种计量企业价值的方法“未来企业价值报酬贴现值”和“资产评估值”，在对企业利益相关者进行科学定义的基础上，提出以企业“薪息税前盈余”指针来衡量债权人、员工和政府等利益相关者的利益，同时针对不同企业赋予不同类别利益相关者以不同的权数，从而科学、合理的定量分析企业财务状况，实现企业财务管理目标。

摘要:本文介绍了两种常用的财务管理目标：股东权益最大化和企业价值最大化，并对这两种财务管理目标进行了对比，提出我国企业应选择价值最大化为企业财务管理目标的观点。分析了两种计量企业价值的方法“未来企业价值报酬贴现值”和“资产评估值”，在对企业利益相关者进行科学定义的基础上，提出以企业“薪息税前盈余”指针来衡量债权人、员工和政府等利益相关者的利益，同时针对不同企业赋予不同类别利益相关者以不同的权数，从而科学、合理的定量分析企业财务状况，实现企业财务管理目标。
Summery: The article has introduced two common finance management targets: the maximization of shareholders’ rights and interests and the maximization of the enterprise value. Meanwhile, it also makes comparions between the two finance management targets, and puts forward the idea that the maximization of value should be chosen by the enterprises in our country as the finance management target. The writer has analyzed two methods to calculate the value of enterprises, that is, “the discount value of enterprises’ future value reward ” and “the evaluation value of assets”. On the basis of the scientific defination to ones who relate to interests of enterprises, it proposes to scale the interests of creditors, employees and the government with the “before-profit and before-tax surplus”. At the same time, according to the differences of enterprises, the writer has made different weight indexes for different types of people who relate to interest, scientifically and reasonably analyzing the enterprises’ finance status, and realizing the finance manegement targets of enterprises.
