二、离型剂成分分析的方法与过程
1.光学显微分析
光学显微分析利用可见光观察物质的性能形态，鉴定材质的光学性质，进一步判断离型剂成分。随着分析技术创新，光学显微分析逐步由组分鉴定发展到定量分析，渐渐变成金属材料领域重要的分析方法。用光学显微分析的离型剂样品一定参照以下要求：载玻片可以代替待测物质；物质的待测部位平滑光洁；具有一定的透过性。一般离型剂样品的制作要经历取样、镶嵌、抛光以及洗蚀等过程，全部过程都包括许多经验，务必十分严谨，配合使用IR红外光谱、XRD/XRF射线分析、差示扫描量热分析、NMR核磁波谱，为产品改进供应技术支持与参考。
2.差示扫描量热分析
差示扫描量热分析（DSC）是在程序调控的温度内，检测输入到试样和参比物的差值随温度和时间变化的一种方法。通过对离型剂试样受热而发生的差值变化及时的应有补偿，保持试样和参比物之间温度相同，热损失小，精度较高，适合离型剂成分的含量检测工作。热重分析（TGA）是在程序调控的温度内检测残余质量与温度变化的一种方法。其优势是能准确检测离型剂的质量变化及变化的速率特性，进行定量检测，半定性分析。热重分析法普遍地使用在化学领域中，在高分子材料、复合材料、建筑助剂、纺织印染助剂、弹性体材料、水处理药剂等化助剂行业中发挥着重要作用。配合使用IR红外光谱、差示扫描量热分析、XRD/XRF射线分析、NMR核磁波谱，才可以确定离型剂中其他成分的配方名称。
